Speer & Speer provide a comprehensive research programme identifying customer usage patterns/trade catchments, market performance standards / %market share within trade catchments, and areas of customer overlap to nearby stores, sales impacts (cannibalism) from introducing a new store within an established network, competition influences, and sales projections for new or upgraded stores including possible cannibalism levels to identify net sales benefit.
